苏雅菁曾师从于著名小提琴教育家赵薇教授、林耀基教授、薛伟教授。2010年以优异的成绩保送中央音乐学院研究生。曾先后担任中国少年室内乐团独奏演员,中国少年交响乐团首席，中国青年交响乐团首席。曾得到世界著名小提琴大师帕尔曼,祖克曼，美岛丽，林昭亮，OLIVIER CHARLIER、WOLFGANG THAN, Prof.sergiuschwartz，Sadao Haradad、海顿弦乐四重奏，阿班贝尔格弦乐四重奏一提琴GUENTER PICHLER等大师的亲授和好评。

2006年，苏雅菁经学院选派赴韩国参加国际弦乐艺术节获得佳绩。同年经学院选拔以优异的成绩考上北京国际室内乐大师班。2006—2007年经学院选拔两次赴日本参加“小泽征尔音乐塾”，与指挥家小泽征尔合作演出。2008年与著名作曲家谭盾合作为奥委会演出，2010年代表学院参加第三届中国国际青年艺术周。2012年经学院选派赴丹麦参加全球第一所音乐孔子学院成立音乐会。同年，由中国宋庆龄基金会、GUCCI古驰音乐基金赞助，赴美国洛杉矶参加2012年格莱美音乐交流活动。多次被邀请参加北京国际现代音乐节,国际室内乐音乐节，中央音乐学院音乐节，北京国际作曲大师班，中韩国际室内乐艺术周及大师班等重要音乐节演出。

曾与中国青年交响乐团，中央民族乐团，中国广播电影交响乐团合作举办个人独奏音乐会。参与录制并出版的光盘有文化部“我的音乐厅——外国经典音乐欣赏”、“学琴之路”、“中国音协考级教程”等。被“中音在线”聘为小提琴主讲教师。由格莱美唱片海洋媒体邀请录制首张个人专辑。
